Terms of Service
Rules governing use of the platform and services.
Operator: SayTalk企業社
Platform and service relationships
SayTalk provides listings, matching, contact tools, payment mechanisms, records and dispute assistance. Requesters and providers independently agree to and perform individual services. Unless expressly stated, SayTalk is not the provider or employer for an individual assignment.
Formation of service agreements
Users agree to these platform rules. A service agreement between the requester and provider is formed based on the agreed task, price, timing, location and lawful terms. Actual legal relationships depend on circumstances and applicable law.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
SayTalk expressly prohibits all child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including creation, requesting, distribution, exchange, solicitation or promotion. The prohibition applies to public and private interactions, regardless of apparent consent or payment.
Illegal and prohibited activities
Sexual services or sex exchanged for money, sponsorship or gifts; fraud or money laundering; bank accounts, ATM cards and verification-code trading; illicit drugs and weapons; sexual content involving minors; threats, violence, coercion, forced drinking or harassment; nonconsensual recording or disclosure of intimate images; illegal gambling; and evasion of bans are prohibited, including in private communications. Companionship does not mean sexual services.
Audio/video confidentiality
Do not record, screenshot, reproduce or distribute a voice/video call or its contents without the other party’s explicit contemporaneous consent. Device or page-focus security signals are not proof that recording occurred.
Group chat safety and moderation
SayTalk group chats use HTTPS but are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized moderators may review relevant group records for reports, security and disputes, with access logging. They may hide messages or restrict participation but may not alter original messages.
Restrictions, suspensions and bans
SayTalk may remove content, limit communications, suspend access, permanently ban accounts or prevent re-registration depending on the conduct and risk. Immediate interim restrictions may apply in serious safety or suspected criminal cases. Relevant transaction and safety records may be retained when needed.
Risk classification
Normal tasks involve clear low-risk arrangements, usually in public. High-risk tasks include remote or private venues, late hours, driving, overnight stays, valuable property and large advances. Illegal, violent, sexual, fraudulent or otherwise dangerous tasks are prohibited. SayTalk may restrict or refuse higher-risk tasks.
First in-person meeting
For a first offline task, meet in a populated and recognizable public place where possible. Agree on precautions before entering private premises or meeting at unusual hours.
Card authorization and timing
Where available, payment may involve a full card authorization that reserves credit rather than immediately charging it. For tasks scheduled more than 14 days in advance, payment may open 14 days before the start. Released authorizations are returned according to the issuing bank’s procedures.
Service fees and settlement
The currently configured platform service fee is 6%, with a provider share of 94% where the normal allocation applies. The actual payment, capture, refund and settlement method for each task is governed by the payment page and task terms at the time the task is formed.
Provider earnings and withdrawals
Completed service earnings are not prepaid wallet funds and cannot be transferred to another member. Earnings become withdrawable after a holding period of 7 days, subject to disputes, refunds and risk checks. The configured minimum withdrawal is NT$100.
Task payment balances
Task payment balances are separate from provider earnings. They can only be used for permitted payments within SayTalk and cannot be used for cashing out, transfers, account brokering or money remittance. Card-funded balances must not be withdrawn as cash.
Receipts, invoices and tax
Invoicing and tax obligations depend on the operator’s tax registration, the actual transaction and applicable law. Providers are responsible for their own tax treatment of service income.
Task completion
At the scheduled end the provider may confirm completion. Under the current policy, a task without a dispute may be automatically completed after one day; disputed tasks are not automatically settled.
Cancellation and no-shows
Cancel as early as possible. Fees or compensation depend on the cancellation time, travel, actual costs and dispute review, not solely on a unilateral cancellation request. If either party does not appear, report the incident with time, location and contact evidence.
Disputes and appeals
Submit evidence as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. SayTalk may suspend settlement, request additional documents and generally aims for preliminary review within 7 business days after receiving adequate information. Supplementary appeals may be accepted within 3 days after notice.
Meaning of companionship
Labels such as girlfriend-style, boyfriend-style or friend-style describe a social atmosphere, not a romantic relationship or consent to kissing, nudity, sexual services or physical contact. Consent may be withheld or withdrawn at any time.
